If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return the purchased products.
How to return the products
1. Please get in touch with us via the dedicated contact page with the order number and the email address used to make the purchase OR write us an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
2. Follow the instructions to complete the online return request; after you filled out the form, you will receive a form confirmation with details that you may print out if you like.
3. We will send you the Waybill DHL return sticker. Kindly print the first page and attach it on your sealed package within 14 days after filling out the return request.
4. Always in attachment of the Waybill DHL return sticker, you can find the proforma invoice to be printed as well.
5. Please attach one copy on your package together with the Waybill and give the other remaining copies to the driver on collection.
6. Please put the completed Return Form inside your package – that you will find in the original Products’ box or you can print by clicking here
7. Usually the goods will be collected from 9 am to 6 pm on the next day. Please inform us in case you won't be able to attend the collection and we will arrange it again according to your availability.
8. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
The products must be returned intact and in perfect condition, with all the labels and tags still attached, and shipped by using their original packaging; the product must not have been used, washed or damaged.
Returned products will be managed within 10 working days from the date they are received by our warehouse. Refunds for returned products shall be made using the payment method used to purchase the same products (credit card, paypal), net of any taxes or import duties, as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days from the date the package is received by our warehouse.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please indicate this as the reason for returning the product during the online return procedure, such return to be made in accordance with the modalities above indicated. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping instructions and indications on how to request the change or refund for the purchased product.
